Each session will be challenging, different and, most importantly, fun!

1:1 VIRTUAL TRAINING
Choose from 60, 45 or 30 minute sessions. Each session will be personally tailored to your needs and goals. Sessions will be held on Zoom or Facetime.

DUOS AND SMALL GROUP TRAINING
In-person and virtual options available.
These workouts are great for groups of people who enjoy the camaraderie of exercising with other folks.
