I achieved my first goal of becoming a professional contemporary ballet dancer in San Francisco at the age of 20. After performing for more than four years, I was introduced to the wonderful world of group fitness and personal training. When I am not working with clients, you can find me at the beach, baking at home or at a Giants game during baseball season. I love finding efficient ways to work my own body – and I will provide the same for you!

I have reached my second goal of achieving a NASM Certified Personal Trainer credential. I’m TRX trainer certified and am a Pre & Postnatal Specialist through Moms into Fitness. I’m also a GGS-1 Certified Women’s Coaching Specialist. Now I like to help others achieve their fitness goals.

I value encouraging clients to work hard and bring their best selves to a training session. Whether you are a pre/postnatal woman, a professional athlete, a stay at home parent, or a desk worker – I can help you improve your well-being through movement.
